The World History Maps of 2500 Years : My own individual venture to make 'History' more interesting

Man and his image cannot be separated. But a photograph explains what he looks like. The same goes for the whole planet. It keeps on changing every moment. But to visualize it, we need photographs of Earth, perhaps year by year. We call it ‘Historical Maps’.

To make the study of history purposeful and entertaining, if possible, I have made these maps, starting from 600 B.C. and ending with the world of today. I have covered virtually everything in this project that has happened to this ‘civilized world’ in the past.
The World in 1783
The World in 1914

All the noteworthy political events over the years across the globe are condensed in it. How the political borders evolved over a period of two and a half millennia is depicted through these maps. Annual global political changes are exhibited to enable the user a clear insight of the contribution of various personalities, events and governments to shape the present political borders. In a nutshell, we can call it ‘global political history’, itself a summary of everything that has happened in the past twenty five centuries. Therefore this project highlights the features of each era.

I have created a Youtube Channel for the purpose. Since it is an infinite subject having enormous depth and width, it cannot be explained in a video or two. We have to go for smaller and easily ‘digestible’ videos. So I have thought to dissect the huge whole into hundreds of comfortable episodes and playlists.

This ‘promo’, promotional video, will help you understand my future plans.
